Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original condition with all tags attached, ensuring you include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
